At Face to Face Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure they arrive safely.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
